Bakery and Confectionery
- We have two well equipped labs and one classroom.
- Baking is done using latest Rotary Rack Oven.
- For maintaining hygiene, dough mixture are used.
- Bakery is well equipped with bread proofer, bread slicer, plantery mixture, packing and ceiling machine.
- These all are used for making breads, buns, cakes, muffins, kulcha, patties, cookies, biscuits.
