Red Ribbon Club
Red Ribbon Club was formed in our college in 2008 which was formally inaugurated by Dr. J.R. Bansal CMO, Civil Hospital Yamunanagar. Red Ribbon Club motivates youth and inculcates among them spirit of helping and supporting people with HIV/AIDS. Red Ribbon Club lays stress on the value of service, healthy life style , voluantary and safe blood donation, correct information about HIV/AIDS,drug abuse, mental and sexual health
Aims and Objectives
- To spread awareness among students and masses about HIV AIDS.
- To impart knowledge about HIV AIDS.
- To sensitize students about HIV AIDS.
- To reduce new HIV infection among youth by raising their risk perception through awareness on Sex, Sexuality and HIV AIDS.
- To induce among youth the spirit to help and support people living with HIV/ AIDS.
- To sensitize students about Gender and General Health problems.
- To promote voluntary blood donation among students.
