The college enjoys the possession of an ultra modern multi-purpose auditorium with the capacity of around 1000 students. Interior and acoustics work has already been completed. This auditorium is a big asset for organizing the mega events & fulfills the aim of the college of giving stage to every student. It is the hub of all cultural activities and mega events in the college.
Bakery & confectionery includes sweet baked goods, especially those that are served for the dessert course. Bakers’ confections are sweet foods that feature flour as a main ingredient and are baked. Major categories include cakes, sweet pastries, doughnuts, scones, and cookies and many more. College has one bakery department.
The college has well stocked canteen and cafeteria which provide the daily necessities to the students in a hygienic environment coupled with right choice.

Adequate parking is available for students at the college. The parking areas are clearly indicated and students are expected to use them.
The parking of vehicles on all access roads on the College campus is strictly prohibited.

Besides having fields for almost all the athletic events, the college has the physical and infrastructural facilities for playing cricket, badminton, basketball, volleyball, football, handball, hockey, wrestling, etc. College also has a separate academies.
The College has fully equipped professional kitchen and restaurant that are used for practical cookery and food and drinks serving sessions. Classes held in these facilities give students the opportunity to train in real life situations. Students learn all the practical areas of food production and service such as kitchen layout and design, menu planning, purchasing, issuing orders, storage, sanitation, stewarding, and dining room management.

The Campus Salon is a full service salon that is open to the public and offers a variety of services at an affordable rate. All work is exclusively done by students under the supervision of an instructor. Patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Whether you simply want a relaxing swim at the end of a hard day or whether you’re training for a competitive event, D.A.V. College’s swimming pool, set in bright and modern surroundings, provides an ideal swimming environment. With a weekend family swim sessions, and swimming lessons, there is something for everyone.
Patron Guidelines
- Patrons must shower before entering the pool.
- Lap swimmers please use lane lines and share lanes.
- Children measuring less than 42” at the shoulder must stay within arms reach of his/her parent.
- Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
- By the Coordinator of Recreation Sports: swimming aids approved may be used providing the individual is under direct supervision (one arms length) of a parent.
- Special open swims are scheduled for school vacations and holidays. Open Swim is available to all ages. Lap lanes are available to those desiring to swim laps during open swim times.
