PLACEMENT AND PDP CELL

Placement and PDP cell provides opportunities for undergraduate and postgraduate students by collaborating with reputed companies for training and placement throughout the session. Under PDP program, the cell aims to make the students job ready by providing them training sessions to improve their overall personality and motivate them to develop knowledge and soft skills in terms of career planning or goal setting. The cell provides 100% placement assistance to the students of all the classes. For this purpose the cell not only organizes campus placement but also arrange interaction with various companies regarding the current and future requirements of the companies. Many multinational companies visit the campus and students get placement offers in the industry. Companies visited and our students got selected in TCS, Genpact, Wipro, Tech Mahindra,  eClerx, Unthinkable Solution, Western Overseas Study Abroad Pvt Ltd., Leom International, Aditya Birla Insurance Company, HDFC Bank, Click2Careers, HDFC ERGO Gen Insurance, Harrison Associates etc. Apart from this various career counseling sessions are organized for the students.

Along with this many students are motivated to become entrepreneurs. Few students of Fashion Designing and Cosmetology departments have started their own business.

With an effort to update our students regarding job requirements even after they complete their studies the cell has implemented WhatsApp messaging system, for this WhatsApp groups have been created of pass out students to keep contact with them. The cell has signed MOUs with various organizations for the training and placement.
